Understanding Lebanon Tax System
Lebanon uses a Progressive Income Tax System where tax rates increase with income. The tax system is administered by the Ministry of Finance and includes income tax and social security contributions. Tax brackets were updated in the 2024 Budget Law to reflect economic changes.

Deductions Available:
- Individual deduction: LBP 450,000,000
- Non-working spouse: Additional LBP 225,000,000
- Each child: LBP 45,000,000 (up to 5 children)
